Recipe Ingredients

  • 100ml crème fraîche
  • 200g child spinach
  • 4 x 150g rump steaks
  • A dash of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 250g chopped saying mushrooms
  • 1 tsp clean orange thyme leaves

Recipe Method

  • 1. Warm a dash of olive oil in a pan over a technique heat. Perfectly cut 1 red onion, then perspire it in the pan for 5 moments with the lid on. Add 250g chopped saying weeds and 1 tsp clean orange thyme results in, then prepare for 5 moments until the vegetables are fantastic and the fluid has disappeared. Add 100ml crème fraîche, then carry to a cook. Mix in 200g child oatmeal and let it wilt.
  • 2. Meanwhile, prepare 4 x 150g rump beef in a grill over a higher temperature. Cook for 1½ moments on each part for medium-rare, or more time if you like. Provide with the weeds and boiled child potatoes
