Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 4 Meat Sirloin Steaks
  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 500g combined weeds, chopped – oyster, shitake and europe brown colours are a awesome combination
  • 300ml carton of thickened cream
  • salt and spice up to taste


Recipe Method

  • Coat beef in oil and position on a very hot barbeque barbecue or hot dish. Prepare on both factors for 1 to 2 moments. Decrease warm and proceed food planning for 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
