دھوپ اور سورج کی تپش کی وجہ سے چہرے کی سکن کھردری اوررف ہو جاتی ہے ایسا سورج کی شعاعوں سے ہوتا ہے جو جلد کا رنگ بھی خراب کر دیتی ہیں اور جلد کی قدردتی چمک ختم ہونے سے جھریاں اور دانے نکلنا شروع ہو جاتے ہیں ایسے وقت پر فیشل کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے تاکہ سورج کی تپیش سے متا ثرہ جلد کی خفاظت ہو سکے کسی تقریب سے پہلے فیشل کرنے سے جلد تروتازہ ہو جاتی ہے اور میکپ اپ بہت اچھا ہوتا ہے ۔ آجکل بیوٹی پارلرز پر مختلیف طرح کے فیشل کئے جاتے ہیں جن کی قیمت بھی اسی حساب سے ہوتی ہے فیشل کرنا کوئی مشکل نہیں ہے اور یہ گھر پر بھی با آسانی ہو سکتا ہے جس پر زیادہ لاگت بھی نہیں آتی کیونکہ تمام اشیاء گھر پر ہی مل جائیں گی۔ اس کے لئے یہ سامان اکھٹا کر لیں۔ تولیہ، روئی، ٹشو پیپر، برتن میں گرم پانی، ہیز بینڈ، کلینزینگ کریم، سکرب، ماسک، زیتون یا ناریل کا تیل، چند جھڑی بوٹیاں، سکن ٹونک۔
آپ پریشان نہ ہوں کہ یہ سب کہاں سے آئے گا آپ یہ سب کچھ گھر پر بنائیں گی۔
سب سے پہلے اپنے بالوں کو ہیز بینڈ سے اچھی طرح باندھ لیں۔

فرسٹ سٹیپ

آلمنڈ کلینز ینگ کریم۔ دو انڈے کی زردی اور 125گرام شہد کو اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ ایک الگ پیالی میں 1/4 کپ بادام کا تیل اور 60 گرام بادام پسے ہوئے ملائیں۔ اب ان دونوں آ میزوں کو ملا دیں ساتھ آدھا چائے کا چمچ میٹھاا سوڈ بھی شامل کریں۔ آپ اس کریم کو دو ماہ تک فریج میں رکھ کے استعمال کر سکتی ہیں۔
کلینز ینگ کریم کو نقطوں کی طرح پورے چہرے اور گردن پر لگا کے مساج کریں۔ اور پھر روئی سے صاف کر لیں۔
سیکنڈ سٹیپ

جن کی جلد خشک یا نارمل ہو وہ زیتون یا ناریل کے تیل سے مساج کرکے روئی سے صاف کریں۔
تھرڈ سٹیپ

فیس سکرب۔ دال مسور، مونگ، اور چنا کو ایک جتنی مقدار میں لیں اور دودھ، دہی یا شہد کے ساتھ اچھی طرح مکس کرکے چہرے اور گردن پر نرم ہاتھوں سے مساج کریں پھر منہ دھو لیں۔

فورتھ سٹیپ

بھاپ لینا۔ برتن میں پانی گرم کریں جب ابال آنے لگے تو پانی میں ایک لیموں کا رس،ساتھ چھلکے، پودینہ کی چند پتیاں اور تھوڑا سا عرق گلاب ڈال دیں۔ تین چار منٹ پکنے دیں۔ کسی ایسی جگہ کا انتحاب کریں جہاں آپ با آسانی کھژے ہو کہ بھاپ لے سکیں۔ اپنا چہرہ بھاپ سے 8-10 انچ کے فاصلے پر رکھ کے بھاپ لینے کا عمل شروع کریں ، سر کو تولیہ سے کور کر لیں کہ بھاپ باہر نہ نکلے۔ 3-5 منٹ تک بھاپ لیں۔بھاپ سے چہرہ ہٹا کے کچھ دیر تولیہ سے کور رہنے دیں اور پھر ٹشو سے صاف کر لیں۔
ففتھ سٹیپ

ماسک۔ دو ٹیبل سپون شہد اور 2 ٹیبل سپون دودھ مکس کرکے چہرے اور گردن پر دس منٹ تک لگا رہنے دیں اور پھر نیم گرم پانی سے دھو لیں۔
خشک اور داغ دھبوں والی جلد کے لئے جئی کا آٹا ، شہد، اور دہی ملا کے پیسٹ بنا لیں چہرے اور گردن پر دس سے پندرا منٹ لگا رہنے دیں اور پھر نیم گرم پانی سے دھو لیں۔
ماسک آنھکوں اور ہونٹوں کے اوپر نہ لگائیں۔ ماسک لگا کے آنھکوں پر کھیرے کے قتلے رکھیں اس سے آنھکوں کو سکون ملے گا۔
آخر میں ٹونر عرق گلاب لگائیں۔ اگر جلد پر دانے ہیں تو برف سے مساج کرکے عرق گلاب لگائیں۔

مساج کا طریقہ۔ مساج گردن سے شروع کریں۔ انگلیوں کو نیچے سے او پر حرکت دیں۔
چہرے پر مساج کرتے ہوئے اپنے دونوں ہاتھو ں کی انگلیوں کو اس طرح رکھیں کہ ایک انگلی ہونٹ کے اوپری حصے پر اور تین انگلیاں تھوژی پر ہوں اب دائیں ہاتھ کو دائیں اور بائیں ہاتھ کو بائیں طرف حرکت دیں۔
گالوں پر انگلیوں کو گول دائرے کی صورت میں گھمائیں۔ اور انگلیوں کو نیچے سے او پر لے کر جائیں۔
ناک کے اطراف انگھٹے سے گولائی میں مساج کریں۔ ناک کے او پر ہڈی پر شہادت کی انگلی کو آگے پھچے حرکت سے مساج کرنا ہے۔
آنھکوں پر شہادت کی انگلی کو گول گھمائیں۔
پیشانی پر بھی گول دائرے کی صورت میں مساج کریں۔ یا پیشانی کے وسط سے انگلیوں کو دائیں اور بائیں حرکت دیں۔
کلینز ینگ اور سکرب میں مساج کا یہ عمل تین تین بار کرنا ہے

It is only wise to let go of the bad eating habits and follow a weight loss diet plan. Dr.Khurram Mushir has shared with a great weight loss diet plan.

WEIGHT LOSS DIET PLAN: Follow this weight loss diet plan and watch yourself came back in shape.

  • For Breakfast: Brown bread with poached egg and tea or coffee without sugar.
  • For Lunch: Steamed or poached fish or chicken piece with steamed vegetables or raw salad.
  • For Dinner: Again steamed or poached fish or chicken piece with steamed vegetables or raw salad.
  • For Oily Food: If you still crave for oily food then allow yourself to have it only once a week.  Overall completely avoid oil, fats and sugar.
  • For Snacks: IF you feel hungry in between the meal times, just have a handful of fruits or nuts and not a piece more.
  • For Hot Beverage: Instead of drinking tea or coffee during the day as a hot beverage, drink diet tea. Prepare a day’s diet tea and keep it in a flask.
  • For Diet Tea: Boil 6 cups of water with 1.5’’ cinnamon stick, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, ¼ teaspoon Nigella seeds, ¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds and  ¼ teaspoon carom seeds. Turn off the heat and shift to a teapot. Add 3 teaspoon of green tea to it, cover and let it rest for 4-5 minutes.
  • For Losing Bulge:   It is important to do a cardio exercise along with following the weight loss diet plan to lose that bulge. Do a cardio exercise every morning and evening.
  • For Cardio Exercise: You don’t have to buy expensive machines or put yourself in pain to lose that bulge. Make good use of the nearby park and run a kilometer a day, then ride a bicycle in the evening or the next day.  This works specially on your belly and thighs and keeps your heart healthy. If you cannot run then walk as fast as you can. Running, bicycling and waking fast are the best weight loss cardio exercises.
